R.I.P.P.E.D. is ever changing and progresses through ‘Seasons’ – R.I.P.P.E.D. is currently on Season 25. The 50-minute R.I.P.P.E.D. workout burns anywhere from 750-1000 calories!

Fitness Boot Camp is a type of group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.  You can expect to do calisthenics, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence,

a boot camp workout is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

HEALTH EDUCATION CLASSES

 

 

 

 

 

On-site biometric screenings are a convenient and effective way to capture objective health information. The screening will assess your health risks and create awareness of potential health problems, which will assist in motivating you to make positive lifestyle and behavioral changes.

The biometric analysis includes: height, weight, body measurements (BMI, fat analysis), blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol level and other health indicators representing overall health and internal organ function. Results of the biometrics generate an objective Health Score. This information is then reviewed with the Health Risk Assessment data to provide a customized participant report.

A nutritional assessment is performed to collect information related to your food and nutrient intake, lifestyle, and medical history. Once the data is collected and organized, a report is generated to evaluate your nutritional status and dietary needs. A meal plan is developed to meet the identified needs and promote a healthy lifestyle.

 

Developing a meal plan can also help you eat a more nutritious, well-balanced diet that includes nutrient-

rich foods from each of the five food groups. You may find that you can better manage your weight if you
